Role Purpose
To develop and support suitable technology strategies, processes, standards, specifications, and control plant (secondary plant) designs for the Gauteng Cluster.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc/B Eng in Engineering at NQF Level 8 (480 credits).
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) with ECSA.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years technical experience in engineering-related technologies.

- Provide technical consulting, investigation, and support services to clients.
- Develop and integrate asset creation engineering solutions and designs.
- Create discipline-specific philosophies, technical standards, procedures, and practices.
- Contribute to the development of discipline-specific roadmaps.
- Research new technologies specific to the discipline.
- Manage product, equipment, material, service development, and technical change processes.
- Represent Eskom in national and international technical forums.
- Mentor and develop engineers in specified disciplines.
