Eskom is seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Principal Clerk Billing. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective revenue management services through accurate billing and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing exceptions.
- Perform online billing for electricity accounts.
- Provide revenue management support functions.
- Process updates to customer accounts and billing system master file information.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3, including languages.
- Diploma/Certificate in Mathematics or Accounting at NQF4 with 120 credits.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Revenue Management, Finance, Commercial, or IT environment.
