Role Purpose
To provide construction project management coordination services, ensuring projects are completed safely within defined time, cost, and quality parameters while optimizing resource use.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Built Environment/Commerce/Human Sciences at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in Project Management or Construction Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of standardized construction project management services throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and report on-site construction activities for effective contract and cost management.
- Provide support during the project planning phase.
- Ensure the timely supply and delivery of project materials.
- Manage and coordinate site personnel and contractors.
- Facilitate necessary outages required for commissioning activities.
- Support project engineering through effective construction management.
- Adhere to all safety, health, environment, risk, and quality (SHERQ) governance requirements.
