Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (commercial subjects)
  • NQF Level 3 certificate in computer literacy

  • 6-12 months of relevant working experience
  • Fluency in both English and Xhosa

Key Performance Areas:

  • Processing applications for Driving License, PrDP, and Learners License
  • Providing information on tariffs and assisting customers with payments and/or sales inquiries
  • Reconciling cash receipts, schedules/reports against cash/cheques received
  • Collecting information on outstanding applications/fines and forwarding data to the supervisor
  • Conducting eye testing sequences and applying results to the application process, advising applicants on rejected applications and the next steps to take

Job Purpose:

The Senior Superintendent: Auto Electrical will be responsible for coordinating applications related to the monitoring of repair and planned maintenance of automotive electrical systems. This includes scheduling resource requirements, checking on execution, applying corrective measures to address deviations, and solving complex technical faults. The role also includes ensuring quality and service standards, as well as managing administrative reporting and recordkeeping to achieve the outcomes outlined in the operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:
