Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current).
- Registration as a Professional Engineer with ECSA.
- Seven to eight years of relevant work experience.
- Valid Code B driver’s license.

- Proficient communication skills in English and at least one other official local language.
- Strategic management and forward planning for section objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills.
- Budget management expertise.
- Policy, project, and program planning and implementation skills.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation abilities.

Special Conditions:
- Physically fit and able-bodied.
- Capability to perform manual duties, including construction site visits and project inspections.
- Adequate sight, speech, and hearing abilities.
Job Purpose
To manage and administer the Planning Division with a focus on the design and planning of low, medium, and high-voltage electrical networks for the Municipality. This includes aligning with budgetary provisions, safety standards, and quality requirements to meet short-, medium-, and long-term needs.
