Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Requirement: B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Registration: Must be registered as a Professional Engineer with ECSA.
- Experience: Seven to eight years of relevant work experience.
- Licensing: Valid Code B driver’s license.

- Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and at least one other official local language.
- Strategic management and forward planning to meet short- and long-term objectives of the section.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills.
- Expertise in budget management.
- Ability to plan, formulate, and implement policies, projects, or programs.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
Special Conditions
- Must be physically fit and able-bodied.
- Ability to perform manual duties on foot and carry out construction site visits and project inspections.
- Sight, speech, and hearing ability are essential.
Job Purpose
The Director: Projects will oversee the planning, management, and supervision of various sections within the Projects Division. The role involves developing and aligning procedures and controls, maintaining high-voltage infrastructure, engaging in long-term strategic planning for modern technology and technical improvements, and providing critical advice on technical, human resources, and managerial functions to support operational activities.
