Role Purpose

To deliver general administrative services and office management support to the Maintenance department at Majuba Power Station.


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 at NQF Level 4 with 120 credits.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of administration experience.

Skills and Competencies

Key Responsibilities

  1. Section Administration:
    • Perform general administrative tasks to support the section effectively.
  2. Office Control Activities:
    • Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and proper documentation.
  3. Advisory Service and Reporting:
    • Provide basic advice to staff and management.
    • Prepare and deliver relevant reports as required.
