Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide specialist advisory services in People Relations at the Tutuka Power Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Industrial Relations policies, procedures, and agreements, fostering productive working relationships between employees, groups, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participative management and collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Management of industrial actions and implementation of effective protocols.
- Resolution of disputes, ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
- Providing consultation and advisory services on Industrial Relations matters.
- Facilitating training and development initiatives related to Industrial Relations.
- Monitoring, auditing, and reporting on Industrial Relations activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification(s):
- National Diploma in Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or Labour Law (NQF Level 6 with 240 Credits).
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the employee relations environment.

- Not applicable.
