About the Role

Eskom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle Manager – Reputation to lead efforts in protecting and enhancing the organization’s corporate reputation. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing reputational risks, and driving initiatives that align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an organization-wide reputation management system.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate reputation risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Manage resources for reputation, public relations, corporate identity, and event management, including budgeting.
  • Integrate brand and reputation strategies into the overall business plan.
  • Coordinate internal and external research to measure reputation performance.
  • Ensure organizational decision-making considers reputation as a critical factor.
  • Monitor and evaluate the organization’s reputation management efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business Management (NQF Level 7 with 360 credits).

Experience:

  • At least 7 years in a management capacity, focusing on reputation management, marketing, branding, and communications.
