Key Purpose:
This role’s key purpose is managing all Finished Goods (FG) within the logistics supply chain, ensuring standards are met and in compliance with all inventory governance processes and controls. This includes ensuring all physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP, investigating, resolving, and reporting inventory differences.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
FG Quality Management:
- Ensure FG Inventory quality fundamental standards are adhered to per DPO & VPO requirements.
- Accurately block FG Inventory in SAP with physical blocking mechanisms as per VPO/DPO standards for quality-related and obsolete stock.
- Ensure compliance with the freshness and rotation policy per VPO & DPO standards.
- Record inventory counts accurately with quantities and BBD x SKU; ensure bin cards are clearly displayed as per DPO & VPO standards.
- Apply and approve inventory concession policies as per VPO product age standards.
- Repack all FG salvages as per VPO & DPO standards.
- Decant all obsolete stock per standard policy and procedures.
Governance and Risk:
- Ensure all documentation (e.g., inventory stock packs, T1 & T2 shipment packs, gate registers) is signed off by relevant persons, filed, and securely stored as per the Inventory Control Policy.
- Confirm that security cameras are installed in key points on-site and conduct random verifications.
- Conduct all 3-point independent checks on T1 & T2 shipments during departure and arrival.
- Accurately transact all physical movements of FG Inventory in SAP, including T1 & T2 movements, packaging receipts (validated by line counters), and write-offs (verified against signed-off documentation and gate sheets).

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sciences
- Experience: 2-3 years in a Stock Control environment
