Job Summary

As the Section Manager for Communication Production and Publishing, you will lead and manage the production, publication, social media, and broadcasting platforms to drive engagement with Parliament’s audiences. Your role will ensure Parliament’s brand is positively promoted and marketed, aligning with the institution’s strategic objectives and Communication Strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multimedia design and production
  • Manage publications production and publishing
  • Supervise broadcasting operations
  • Lead marketing and brand management efforts
  • Drive operational planning and reporting
  • Manage financial and human resources

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification
  • Relevant postgraduate degree/diploma in Communications, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media Production, or Brand Management

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years at a managerial level in a similar role
