Key Responsibility Areas
Investigate billing irregularities.
Provides good customer service.
Investigating and rectifying reported illegal connections.
Investigate all not-in-use consumption charges.
Identify and rectify any incorrect consumer details, consumption addresses, or connection details.
Liaising with other departments/sections.
Maintain statistical data.
Undertakes related assignments.

Essential Requirements
