Role Purpose

To provide construction project management coordination services, ensuring projects are completed safely within defined time, cost, and quality parameters while optimizing resource use.


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Built Environment/Commerce/Human Sciences at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in Project Management or Construction Management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the delivery of standardized construction project management services throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Coordinate and report on-site construction activities for effective contract and cost management.
  3. Provide support during the project planning phase.
  4. Ensure the timely supply and delivery of project materials.
  5. Manage and coordinate site personnel and contractors.
  6. Facilitate necessary outages required for commissioning activities.
  7. Support project engineering through effective construction management.
  8. Adhere to all safety, health, environment, risk, and quality (SHERQ) governance requirements.
