Absa is offering an Unemployed Learnership opportunity for Face-to-Face Financial Advisors. The learnership will commence on 1 April 2025 and run for 12 months. Ideal candidates must have completed a Diploma in Finance. Preference will be given to those with Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification.
Job Description
Sales and Service Delivery Focus (Supervision and Support)
- Facilitate seamless sales activation, conversion, and fulfillment for new and existing customers.
- Deepen customer relationships by providing high-level, consultative services that enhance loyalty and generate referrals.
Sales Conclusion and Sales Activation
- Apply financial knowledge to drive seamless fulfillment of sales and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve credit- and fraud-related referrals or escalate appropriately.
Customer Experience Management
- Interact with diverse customer segments to enhance the brand experience.
- Perform daily transactional activities according to workforce plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Record, report, and provide monthly insights into customer tendencies and patterns.
Risk and Governance
- Comply with all internal and external risk policies, standards, and procedures.
- Adhere to legislation, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS requirements.
Education and Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Finance.
- Advantageous Qualification: Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification.
- Learnership Start Date: 1 April 2025.
