Job Purpose:
The Controller is responsible for supporting and monitoring minor works in the Roads and Stormwater section. This includes:
- Applying procedures and guidelines.
- Preparing basic drawings and estimates.
- Conducting site inspections and participating in site meetings.
- Organizing responses to queries/inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with contract scope and communicating findings.
- Updating records and reporting requirements.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Relevant Technical Qualification (M+1) and appropriate level of secondary education.
- Computer literacy.
- Valid Code EB driver’s license.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a technical/engineering environment.
Key Attributes and Competencies:
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Report-writing skills.
- In-depth understanding of technical applications and processes relevant to the function.
